Who is responsible for processing your data?

What types of data do we collect?

We collect and process:

  • Identification data (e.g. name, surname, age, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and billing address);

  • Orders data (e.g. order number, details of your purchases, tracking of your order);

  • Commercial relationship tracking data (for example: the history of your purchases).

We may communicate your personal data to third parties acting on our behalf, for the sole purpose of operating the Site, and in particular to our service providers or subcontractors, who are responsible for the hosting, maintenance, logistics and administration of the Site and its associated services and transactions.

How do we protect your data?

How long is your data kept?

In accordance with applicable regulations, we keep your data for a period of time commensurate with the Purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

The personal data that we collect when you log in to your customer account or place orders on our Site are kept for the required period to manage the commercial relationship, and then for 10 years in our archives. 

If you want to delete your customer account, you can make a request to MMK KAYFI. After deleting your customer account, we may have to conserve certain of your personal data in order to ensure compliance with our General Terms and Conditions of Use and to comply with our legal and statutory requirements. All other personal data associated with your customer account is deleted.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You may at any time exercise your rights in accordance with the applicable European Union legislation:

  • Right of access: you have the right to know what data we process about you. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the data being processed;

  • Right of rectification: you have the right to request the rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete data concerning you;

  • Right to erasure: you have the right to request the erasure of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, in particular when they are no longer necessary;

  • Right to the limitation of processing: you have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR;

  • Right to object: you may at any time object to the processing of your data, in particular when it is used for direct marketing purposes, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR;

  • Right to withdraw consent: you have the right to withdraw the consent you have given for processing on this legal basis. This withdrawal is valid for the future and does not call into question the lawfulness of the processing already carried out;

  • Right to data portability: you can retrieve your data in a commonly used and machine-readable structured format in order to transmit this data to another data controller under the conditions set forth in Article 16 of the GDPR.


In accordance with French law, you also have the right to define guidelines concerning the fate of your personal data in the event of your death and the right to oppose being contacted by telephone for commercial purposes by registering on the Bloctel list on the website www.bloctel.fr.
