Delivery, returns, warranty

Delivery terms:

At the time of placing your order, different delivery methods are proposed to you, notably according to the size of the package and the delivery address.

The delivery costs are also specified at the time you place your order. They are expressed in Euros including all taxes, and remain at your expense, depending on the delivery method chosen.

Delivery times: 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. 

We commit to do our maximum to deliver the ordered products within the delay, according to the supply and shipping possibilities, and in the sequence of orders received.

However, in the event of a late delivery, unless it is due to your fault or to a case of force majeure, you may, under the conditions provided for in the Consumer Code, suspend your obligation to pay, or terminate the sale if, after having given us formal notice to perform within a reasonable additional period, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, we have not performed within such time. The total amount paid will then be returned to you within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the cancellation of the order.

Delivery terms: 

Except in special cases or when one or more products are unavailable, the products ordered are delivered all at the same time. Deliveries can be made by an independent carrier.

In the event of an impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you shall solely bear the entire consequences so that we may invoice the administrative and transport costs associated with the return and/or reshipment of the order.

If you are absent from the delivery place at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of the next delivery. If you are absent for the second delivery, you may be required to pick up your good(s) at the warehouse indicated by the carrier within a reasonable time.

Defect or missing upon the delivery:

Delivery is deemed to be completed upon your receipt of the order.

The quantity and description of the products delivered are those mentioned on the order confirmation that you receive.

Upon delivery, you, or any person acting in your name and on your behalf, are required to check the condition and conformity of the products delivered.

You must inform us as soon as possible of the existence of defects upon receipt of the good(s). The refusal of the good(s), without precise reserves on the delivery ticket, is considered as a cancellation of the sale.

Guarantees: 

All products for sale on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-1 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), which allow you to return the defective or non-compliant products delivered.

Guarantee of conformity:

We are liable for defects of conformity, existing at the time of delivery of the good(s), and which appear within two (2) years from the delivery.

In case of reparing the product and if the contractual warranty of conformity is still running, you shall benefit from a warranty extension of six (6) additional months.

If you choose to repair the product, and if such repair is impossible, we shall proceed with the replacement of the product. This new product will then be covered by a new contractual warranty of conformity of two (2) years.

Guarantee of hidden defects:

As from the discovery of the hidden defect, you benefit of two (2) years to proceed with the guarantee.

Defects resulting from your improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance, maintenance contrary to the use and advice we have specified and/or specified by the instructions accompanying the product, as well as any damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the good(s) or a case of force majeure (water damage, fire, improper handling, incorrect assembly, modification of the product, any attempt to remedy the situation, without this list being exhaustive) are excluded from the guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply either in case of degradation or accident resulting from shock, fall, or in case of transformation of the product

Exchanges and returns:

You have a withdrawal right, without having to provide us with justification, to be exercised within fourteen (14) days from taking possession of the good(s).

The return shipping costs remain at your expense. 

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available in Appendix below. In this case, an acknowledgment of receipt on a sustainable medium will be immediately communicated to you.

Any other method of declaring withdrawal is accepted. It must be free of any ambiguity and express the will to withdraw.

Returned products must be suitable for sale and must therefore be returned in complete, unused and unaltered condition as well as in their original packaging. Otherwise, you may be held liable.
